- ALL CLIENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND STYLISTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK OR FACE COVERING WHILE IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE SALON INCLUDING THE RECEPTION AREA AND SHAMPOO AREAS.
- IF YOU HAVE BEEN ILL OR AROUND SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN ILL, PLEASE WAIT 14 DAYS TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
- GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH YOU. ONLY THE PERSON RECEIVING AN APPOINTMENT IS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING. A CAREGIVER/GUARDIAN IS PERMITTED TO ATTEND THE SALON WITH A CLIENT THAT IS UNABLE TO ATTEND THEIR APPOINTMENT ALONE.
- YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE YOUR TEMPERATURE CHECKED UPON ENTERING THE BUILDING. PLEASE BE PREPARED THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO SERVICE YOU WITH ANY SYMPTOMS OR A HIGH TEMPERATURE.

- We now have a socially distanced waiting room. Check in at the desk. If you prefer to wait In your car, call or TEXT the salon at 734-676-3456 when you arrive.
- Our beverage and refreshment bar remains closed at this time.
- We may not be able to accommodate multiple services for clients in one visit. We will do our best to schedule your appointment at a time that works for you; however, please keep in mind that we are limited with times and availability.
- Stylists and employees are following strict sanitation and disinfecting procedures all day long. These procedures include but are not limited to frequent hand washing, disinfecting chairs, styling stations, and tools, disinfecting door handles and knobs, restrooms, and all high touch areas. Capes and smocks are one-time use only, per client.
- There are no returns on retail items.
